Looking for a warm and welcoming space in Vancouver? Our multi-functional 600 sq ft studio is perfect for solo work sessions, private meetings, creative workshops, or intimate events.

We offer three types of rentals to suit your needs:

1. Private Studio $22/hour

Perfect for those who need a quiet, focused space to work.
Ideal for freelancers, writers, artists, or anyone needing a peaceful environment. You'll have access to a 7-person table, sofa, TV with PowerPoint connection, and a relaxed atmosphere. Minimum 1-hour booking required. 

2. Therapy / Meeting Room $25/hour

Great for 1-on-1 or small group sessions (up to 7 people).
Whether you're a counselor, coach, or just need a professional space to meet, our studio provides privacy, comfort, and functionality. A 7-person table, sofa area, and water/snacks are included. Minimum 1-hour booking required

3. Event / Workshop Space $50/hour

Host creative workshops, birthday gatherings, or private events (up to 15 people).

There is a fixed 7-person table. An additional 8-person table can be set up in the living room area. Perfect for DIY classes, art workshops, or small celebrations. A sink is available for easy clean-up. Minimum 2-hour booking required.

A $250 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival.

Please include setup time in your booking.
The space must be cleaned and returned to its original condition within 15 minutes after your booking ends.
 Exceeding this 15-minute grace period will result in an additional 1-hour charge.

• 3-hour underground visitor parking

House Rules:

• No smoking

• No pets

• No cooking
  

• Please restore the space to its original condition after use

• Include setup time in your booking.
  The space must be cleaned and returned to its original condition within 15 minutes after your booking ends.
