Why is Cold Process Soap Considered the Best Handmade Soap?
Cold process soap is made with plant oils (like olive oil and shea butter) and natural lye, without preservatives, foaming agents, or synthetic fragrances, making it gentle on sensitive and dry skin. It naturally produces glycerin, a moisturizer that keeps skin soft and hydrated, unlike commercial soaps that remove it. Its eco-friendly and low-carbon production.
Join us for a fun and immersive Cheese Cold Process Soap Making Workshop, where traditional soap-making meets playful design. In this session, you’ll create 10 cheese-shaped soaps, and learn a unique texturing technique that mimics the layers of real cheese.
This workshop uses a classic Marseille soap formula, featuring olive oil, coconut oil, and sustainably sourced palm oil. It’s beginner-friendly and free from artificial fragrances.
Process:
Prepare the Recipe: Learn about the characteristics of different oils, and measure the correct ratios.
Mix the Lye Solution: Safely handle and mix lye with the oils.
Blend the Soap Batter: Stir the mixture until it reaches the ideal consistency.
Create Cheese Texture & Pour into Molds: Use a special technique to recreate realistic cheese textures, then pour the soap into molds and let it set.
Workshop Details:
Batch Size: 600g, enough to produce 10 cheese-shaped soaps.
Duration: 1.5–2 hours.
Curing Time: The soap requires a minimum of 30 days to cure for safe use and should be stored in a well-ventilated area.
You may return to the studio 3–30 days after the session to collect your soap. We will store the soap for up to 30 days. Uncollected items after this period will be processed accordingly.
Class Size: We pride ourselves on maintaining small class sizes (1–2 people) to ensure each participant receives personalized attention.
Instruction is available in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

本課程採用經典的 馬賽皂配方,使用橄欖油、椰子油與可持續認證的棕櫚油,100% 天然、不添加任何人工香精,非常適合新手體驗。
製作流程:
配方準備:認識橄欖油、椰子油與棕櫚油的特性,並學習正確比例。
打皂:製作鹼液, 混合油脂與鹼液,啟動皂化反應。
攪拌皂液:攪拌至理想濃稠度。
芝士紋理製作與倒模:倒入模具中靜置成型。
課程詳情:
皂液量:600g,可製作 約 10 塊芝士造型冷製皂。
課程時長:1.5–2 小時。
晾皂時間:手工皂需晾置至少 30 天後方可安全使用,並需存放於通風良好的環境中。
取皂時間:製作後 3–30 天內 可回工作室取皂,工作室最多保留 30 天,逾期未取將另行處理。
人數:小班制(1–2人),確保每位學員都能獲得細心指導。
語言:導師可使用 英語/粵語/普通話 授課。
